Chair Fitness Classes

Instructor-led chair fitness class offered in a group class environment. Classes are located at 540 E Johnson Ave, Decatur, IL 62526 and virtually offered on M, T, Th from 5:30PM-6:30PM. Costs are $6 for 60 minute class and $35 for monthly chair fitness and $85 per month for unlimited gym and chair fitness.

 

Beginner's Low Intensity Program

Body weight exercises offered in group fitness at Downtown Fitness, instructor-led program offered on every other Saturday 9AM-10AM and 11AM-12PM. Costs are $15/60 minute class.

 

Nutritional Plans

Customized plans for fat-loss, muscle gain and maintenance, certified (Elite Certified Personal Training) health coach. Plans start at $80 and up (can focus on Keto, etc).
